1. Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older. Minors may use the platform only under the active supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or teacher.

Account Authority: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of these policies or suspected illegal activity.

2. Teacher and Parent Responsibility

Parents and educators acting as custodians for minor users are responsible for monitoring platform interactions, providing explicit consent for the processing of a minor's data, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of the minors under their supervision.

3. Subscription, Billing and Renewals

Services are provided through a recurring subscription model to ensure uninterrupted access to LearnLikeMagic.com.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Users authorize recurring payments via their chosen payment method unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: Refund requests may be considered within the first 7 days of the initial purchase, and are typically granted where documented technical issues significantly prevent core platform access.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will not renew.

5. AI Usage and Content Standards

LearnLikeMagic.com uses Artificial Intelligence to assist in delivering educational content. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and educational assistance only, with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or pedagogical validity.

Prohibited Content: Users may not use the platform to generate, upload, or distribute harmful, illegal, abusive, or sexually explicit content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All assets on the platform — including worksheets, mascots, designs, logos, and underlying software code — are the exclusive proprietary property of Simplify Loops Pvt. Ltd.

Copying, resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution of any platform asset is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action for infringement. By submitting content, users grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use that content for service delivery and improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simplify Loops Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of LearnLikeMagic.com is limited to the fees actually paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

8. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where that failure results from a cause beyond its reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

10. App Store and Third-Party Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. LearnLikeMagic.com is not responsible for services or issues arising from these third-party providers.
